Características del acero estructural de baja aleación

  Nuestro acero para herramientas de trabajo en caliente es un acero de trabajo único para formar y cortar otros materiales a altas temperaturas.Los aceros del Grupo "H" se clasifican con el prefijo "H" y se procesan intensamente para mantener la resistencia y la dureza cuando se utilizan a altas temperaturas.
   
  Nuestra dureza característica y resistencia al desgaste del acero para herramientas de trabajo en caliente se debe a los altos niveles de carburo, aleación de nivel medio y bajo nivel de carbono.
   
  
  Nuestro acero H1 - h19 contiene alrededor del 5% de cromo, H20 - h39 contiene alrededor del 10 - 18% de tungsteno y 3 - 4% de cromo, y nuestro acero h40 - h59 se basa en molibdeno.
   
  El acero Aisi H13 se compone de cromo, molibdeno y vanadio, y es famoso por su alta hardenabilidad y resistencia.
   
  El molibdeno y el vanadio se utilizan como agentes de refuerzo, mientras que el contenido de cromo ayuda a suavizar el acero para herramientas Aisi H13 a altas temperaturas.También combina resistencia al impacto y a la abrasión, tiene una buena dureza Roja, puede resistir un enfriamiento rápido y soportar un examen térmico prematuro.El acero para herramientas H13 tiene buena maquinabilidad, buena soldabilidad y buena ductilidad, y puede ser formado por métodos convencionales.Por lo tanto, el acero H13 se utiliza ampliamente en moldes de forja en caliente y herramientas de trabajo en caliente.
